Studio Etiquette
Our studio is designed to give you a private, relaxed space to create. Please help us keep it beautiful and ready for every guest by following these guidelines during your session.
1. Please do not touch, move, adjust, unplug, or modify the camera, mirror cabinet, professional lighting, monitor, or other studio equipment. All equipment has been carefully positioned and calibrated for your session
2. Your session begins and ends at your reserved time. Late arrival will reduce the amount of time available for your session, and sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
3 Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Up to 6 guests may participate in a standard session. Planning for a larger group or team? Please contact us before booking..
5. Furniture and posing pieces may be moved to create your photos. Please lift rather than drag items when possible and return everything to its original position before leaving.
6. Please keep food and beverages outside the studio unless they have been approved in advance for use as a prop.
7. Glitter, confetti, smoke effects, paint, open flames, candles, or other messy or hazardous materials are not permitted.
8. Pets are not permitted in accordance with building policy.
9. Please keep the studio door closed throughout your session. Auvi shares an interior hallway with neighboring businesses, and keeping the door closed helps maintain your privacy and minimize disruption to others.
10. Outfit changes are welcome, but changing inside the studio is not permitted. A restroom is conveniently located directly across the hall for outfit changes.
11. Before leaving, please reset the studio by returning furniture, posing pieces, props, and remotes to their designated locations and removing any personal belongings or trash.
12. Make sure the studio door closes securely behind you when you leave. Press the YALE logo to lock.
14. Additional cleaning, repair, replacement, or damage fees may apply when studio policies are not followed.
